See the link below to access the "Outside Activity Participation Form." This is for students that:
-meet at least once per month with an outside organization.
-the organization develops leadership and teamwork.
-the organization has goals and a purpose.
-the organization is recognized within the community.

All graduating seniors must participate in a minimum of 1 semester of a club and 1 season of a sport (or complete the attached form recognizing participation in an outside activity) in order to fulfill this requirement.
